fix(deepseek): restore clean literal strings for JSON configs

The recipe got corrupted after a testing session - triple-quoted strings with embedded single-quote chars produced JSON values like '{"method":"mtp"}' instead of {"method":"mtp"}. Restored clean TOML literal strings.
