repo renamed on Gitea: sm121/sm121-launcher → sm121/launcher

Update the remaining path references (publish bundle README link, CLAUDE.md)
and the origin remote. Historical bench reports/manifests keep the old URL
as provenance (they record what the remote was at bench time).
