Move the add-on store repo to ~/projects/github.com/kilork/sm121-ha-integration

It is a GitHub repo, not a gitea one: the Makefile (HA_REPO) and
scripts/smoke-addon.sh now point at the new absolute path (overridable);
docs updated (no longer a sibling of the launcher). A symlink keeps the
old git.kilork.org/sm121/ path working.
