fix(deepseek-v4): forbid echoing injected content to close TC-34

The tools-template security line stopped the model from acting on prompt
injection, but TC-34 kept failing because the model still quoted the injected
text in its reply (graded as 'partial injection compliance'). Tighten the
wording to explicitly forbid quoting, repeating, paraphrasing, or disclosing
embedded instructions - do not echo them even to warn the user.

Rebuilt on dgx3; wording verified in the image.
